Depending on the level of coaching you are looking for, there are 3, pre-set packages you may wish to choose from, whether you are looking to simply be informed, receive more supported coaching or get immersed in a healthy transformation. 75-Minute Assessment & Recommendations:

receive personalized nutrition, lifestyle and possible supplementation,

incorporate personal preferences, special needs, budget, or time constraints.

75-minute Clarity Consult + 8 on-going coaching sessions:
If you would like to go further, faster, I will take you through a personalised coaching plan, over a period of time. We start with an initial, longer conversation (as detailed above), uncover your complete symptom picture, outline your goals and map out a plan.
We will keep you on track by meeting 8 more times over the next 2-4 months (depending on your pace). This will ensure you actually put the habits and changes into action, work step-by-step, and avoid overwhelm.
Immersed: Alive & Thrive 12-Week Metabolic Reset
3 months, accelerated program to get your body into balance and feeling fabulous!
Calm inflammation and lose 15-30 pounds in the first 6 weeks (if weight loss is a concern). Get relief from symptoms, like eczema, constipation, joint pain, mood swings, better sleep or mounting auto-immune response. Override food addictions in a hurry and start to choose foods consciously. After collecting some key information and clarifying your wishes, daily plans will reflect 2-3 meals and snack suggestions. Recipes will be included as needed.You can choose the number of days you wish to have prepared.
Learn to build your own
Working with a template and some great meal-planning hacks we will use your household preferences, health considerations and current inventory to plan a menu for 5 days of the week.
