We know we should, and sometimes we even try, but then the meal planning seems like a bigger chore than cutting up all your veggies for a stir fry or layering a lasagne. Where to start? How to make it efficient? Can you really save that much money? What food should I be eating anyway?
I would like to take the mystery out of it all.
Let's not call it "Meal Planning". It sounds like another chore. How 'bout we just, plan some meals? That's not too intimidating... right?
